Ephesians 4:11 teaches that Christ gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip the saints and build up the Church. While leaders may operate in multiple roles, most tend to function primarily in one. This assessment is designed to help you begin identifying which office you’re currently walking in the most. Though no test can confirm your calling with certainty, this is a helpful starting point in your journey of spiritual discovery and ministry development.
Upon completing the assessment, you will receive a report on-site, which will be forwarded to your email that describes your primary Fivefold office based on your answers. Each report offers valuable insight into how you’re currently wired for ministry. Keep in mind—this is not about who you want to be, but who you truly are in function and fruit. Answer honestly, and you’ll get the clearest reflection of your current calling.
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes. Each section has a possible 25 points. At the end, your highest section is the office you reflect most. Read each question carefully and choose the response that best describes your present reality. Even if more than one answer seems fitting, select the one that most accurately reflects how you lead, serve, and minister right now. And remember—the Holy Spirit is with you and ready to guide you through the process.
